Questions before you buy
Will the Exam Pass help with my exam?
Yes, if your exam asks about the rules of the road. The Exam Pass trains the COLREG rules, IALA buoyage, lights and shapes and sound signals asked in exams like the RYA Day Skipper, the ICC, the USCG captain's licence and the Spanish PER, plus VHF radio practice. Chart work and engines aren't in the pass, so keep your course book for those.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, 12 months, and nothing renews.
Can I withdraw after access starts?
The digital service starts immediately after payment with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that, once access starts, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Without that consent and acknowledgement, the statutory right remains. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected. Confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement must be provided on a durable medium.
